Privacy: We will NEVER sell or make available in any form ANY information about you. This includes credit card information,
email addresses, telephone numbers, purchasing history, etc. If you choose to participate in our automated mailing list, that
information likewise is NOT shared with any other source. If you are on our mailing list and wish to be removed, please follow
instructions on the list or email us at LLivelyStitch@msn.com.
Returns: Please check your order carefully and notify us immediately in the event of errors or damage. Returns or exchanges
MUST be authorized and we must be contacted within 10 days of your receipt of the order. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
Shipping: We are happy to ship either via USPS or UPS. Our experience have shown USPS to be reliable and very
cost-competitive. Our shipping calculations are based on the weight of the product. Our default shipping method is USPS Priority
Mail with delivery confirmation.
