Q: What is your return policy?
A: In the event of any shipping & handling errors caused by our company, we will gladly assume all shipping cost for replacement.
In the event of buyer error, all shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we do combine shipping. Shipping rates are based on actual weight of pattern(s) ordered.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship all orders 1 to 3 days after payment. USPS Priority usually takes 2 to 3 days of shipment. So your order should arrive
within a week of payment. However, in the case of payment by money order or Echeck through Paypal, your order may take a week
or so longer.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping to the US is based on USPS First Class up to 13 oz. and Priority rates over 13 oz. Patterns weigh between 2 and 4 oz.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do ship internationally. We only ship using USPS First Class International.
Q: Am I allowed to sell the outfits that I make from your patterns?
A: Yes. We believe that when you make an outfit it becomes a one of a kind creation of your own. However, we would appreciate
credit for the pattern that was used.
Q: Do you still offer your patterns in PDF format to receive through email attachments?
A: Yes we do. All of our patterns can be delivered by email attachments. This delivery system is FREE! We are still in the process
of changing our shopping cart over to accept them. Until then, if you would like this delivery method please contact us first and it will
be arrange.
Q: How much do your patterns cost?
A: $4.00 to $8.00 each. I also have patterns that are on sale from time to time at a lower price. Pricing of our patterns is based on
the number of pages in a pattern.
Q: Must I be a skilled sewer to use your patterns?
A: It's best to have some sewing skills already before attempting my patterns. However, the patterns are rated for difficulty.
